I am in the process of remodeling my living room and due to some arches will likely need to do an in-wall speaker for my center channel and in-ceiling speakers for my FL and FR channels. I am considering the Polk LC265i for these three channels and would welcome any feedback on the following questions:
  1. For the in-wall center channel would it be more appropriate to orient the LC265i vertically or horizontally?
  2. For the in-celing FL and FR channels do you think the LC265i is a good option in this price range or would you recommend something else?

Many thanks.

Why not put all the speakers in the ceiling? I find this to be the perfect way to get excellent sound quality out of an inwall/inceiling speaker and give up not even wall space. I don't think you lose any performance going all inceiling. Actually I perfer it over an inwall system.

    Go inceiling all the way
