Outstanding! Ill be sure to pick up a copy!

Youve come to the right place for improving your A/V especially for demo purposes. Josh and Thom make some of the best there are.

    My personal favorite.

Yup. One of the things I was looking forward to most at Polkfest was getting to see that car. But noooooooo, they had to take it down to Atlanta for Nopi. angry-smiley-019.gif

That's because they're good at what they do - their work shows a perspective that exemplifies the company's philosphy towards audio and quality workmanship - and they bring dignity to an automotive world that is rapidly moving away from it. I'm going to go out on a limb here, as I don't know it for a fact, but just about all of the polk cars look street legal / street worthy / driveable. Most other companies cannot say that about their demo cars... which takes the whole "car" out of car audio. If it's a living room on wheels that will never turn, then why bother. "Polk don't do dat sheet", and I like that.

now lets go put some 200A fuses in cars with 40A amplifiers. c'mon, it'll be fun!

no - believe it or not - i actually like the work you guys do a lot. seriously. it's good stuff. i've seen some very "pretty" installs from other companies that were in cars that had obviously been demolished to the point that they could never be steeted. i think its more of a challenge, and most true to the actual art of car audio (and what the guys at home have to do with their cars) when you guys do stuff that's totally streetable.

your civic for example - that you had up for sale - you put something like 100k miles down as the mileag on ebay - obviously it saw the road - which is necessary thing #1 for an audio vehicle.

2nd part about the fuse - completely sarcastic - related to a different thread.

Damn, we built a Magnum a few months ago and the next one's almost done. Then a GMC2500HD after that. It's been sitting here since NOPI untouched. I just don't like GM's, so I'm in no hurry. :D Plus it takes a while to get everything before we start.

I'd like to do a new Ford Super Duty and jack it WAY up. But when the floor is above eye level I guess it wouldn't work all that well as a demo truck...

Where are pics of the finished product? A Magnum would/could be a very cool vehicle to do an audio/video build up in. Plenty of space for ****.

The last time I pulled that one up, it wasn't finished.

Looks great, but you didn't do much to the exterior like ya;ll seem to always do with the others,.....WHY???? That car can be made to look really, really cool. Like a modern day custom Chevy Nomad.

Nothing's done to the outside yet because it's a daily driver and Brian lives here in the mid- Atlantic area. So there's no rush to get rims on it, etc. just so it gets beat up this winter. We'll do a few things to it in the Spring before shows start.

The one that's almost done has the front grill, new brake calipers, lowering springs, and 22" rims. It should have been done for shows that already passed, and the guy lives down South, so hopefully it'll still be in good shape when more shows start happening. Plus, it's SR so it's cooler.
