We have a place down in Bisbee, about 20 mins away called the Cornacopia Cafe. They have best meatloaf sammich you'll ever wrap your soup-coolers around.

...man I'm hungry all of a sudden...

Italian Beef from either Portillo's (2nd choice) or Mr. Beef (1st choice) of which there are none in my city. Have to head to one of the burbs.

Also, Original pulled Pork BBQ sandwich from Famous Daves hits the spot pretty well too.

Hafta mention the famous Maid Rite sammich from Steve's Maid Rite down the street. MMmm...may get one for dinner tonight.

The best burger (sandwhich) Ive had... and only had it once was in Baltimore at this bar full of Bose speakers... it was a buffalo burger and it was DARN GOOD.

My favorite snack sandwhich is balogna or turkey, cheese, with mayo and mustard...

My favorite regular sandwhich is a chick sammich with mayo and pickles... sometimes* lettuce and tomatoe.

BBQd pulled pork shoulder from the Rendevous in Memphis or many other joints in Mempho, the BBQ Capitol of the Universe :D Just enough sauce and some slaw(on the sandwich).

Now, I also love a GOOD Philly Cheesesteak, but they are few and far between.
Here in the Indy area, the best are from Penn Station. Beef, Cheese, onions, and green peppers, with just a tad of mayo......damnit, now I'm gonna have to get one :p . Be back in a bit.

My Dad just smoked a pork shoulder on the grill the other weekend. Stopped over there to have a pulled pork sammich with homemade BBQ sauce squirted on top and a heaping spoonful of slaw (on top) of a giant toasted bun. Sloppy Heaven :p .

Couple of places formerly in the neighborhood, but now long gone... :(

Frey's had their Chicken De-Lite sammie.. marranated breast, grilled, Lettuce/ Tomato and secret sauce... Outstanding. Tried repeatedly to get the owner to reveal the maranade, but no go...

Squib's had a Chili-Cheese Burger to die for... place was virtually across the street from me... no sign... only open noon to 7, Th/F/Sat...

    Would be tough to choose...
    More later,
    Tour...

I've also grown fond of Arby's Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich. Chicken with swiss cheese, some honey mustard, and BACON. It's pretty good. I can only imagine what one of those sandwiches prepared by some skilled hands at a non-fast food place would taste like.
