    dude... i concur - if its too loud, then you're too old.

    Here, try out one of these "polk for the elderly folk" speakers.

    it's a standard momo 10" sub with a 150 ohm resistor inline with the positive terminal. with 300wrms applied to the speaker you should have it just quiet enough to keep grandma from complaining.
