I have the PSW300 sub and have had the laminate peeling off of the sub for awhile now. I've tried to fix it a couple of times but seem to make things worse. Has anyone had the same problem and have a recommendation for how to re-glue the laminate without making it an eyesore?

Unfortunately I can't be there or see what you have already done to date, but it sounds like you are going to have to clean the affected surfaces (surfaces that ou have previously repaired) with the proper material. This will depend on what type of adhesive or glue you have used. If it is solvent based you can use something like lighter fluid, Naptha or Goop (a glue, gum and paint cleaner available at most homeowner outlets or hardware stores). Allow to air dry for awhile. Re-apply a good solvent based contact cement to both surfaces. 3M makes a great spray adhesive with a pretty good directional and adjustable spray tip. You will have to mask and cover any surfaces that you do not want to get cement on. Apply adhesive to both surfaces to be joined. Allow to dry for reasonable period and press together, ensuring that you press any bubbles out as you go. If bubbles develope **** them with a pin and press. If still there, use a warm iron with a soft cotton material between iron and surface to help take memory out of surface material. Adhesive left exposed on edges can be cleaned with previously mentioned solvents using caution not to soak surface and allow solvent to leach under laminate and into glue. Good luck! Mitch
