Hey guys I got the job!

This company designed the suspension for the new Mustang, the old Mustang FR500 and parts on the Ford GT. Also a tonne of stuff for Aston Martin and the Shelby Series 1. They specialize in high performance suspensions but also do less glamorous stuff like hinges and door checkers. Also they are like 20 mins from my house. But I do have to work a minimum of 45 hrs a week.

Gotta go. I have three midterms this week  I can go a whole week without sleeping or eating right? :p My classes right now are: calculus, algebra, mechanical engineering, physics and chemistry.

Thanks so much guys! Your support is amazing. :) I dont start the job until January. I am in a co-op program. It's 5 years. I get a 4 year (honours) Bachelor of Applied Science and 2 years of engineering experience in 5 years.

Half of the full time engineers that this company hires come from my program. And as long as I complete all the tasks, I am guaranteed a future job.

Thank the potential employer for your interview. Reiterate your interest in the advertised job, the company, and reinforce your TOP 2 or 3 skills that you bring to the company. This is imperative to do. Many times this can be the one item that can sway the vote when it is close.

Good job. Waterloo is a great school. The top employers look at Waterloo for your skill set. I am originally from Ontario. Did you hook up with a local (Ontario) company? Again, congrats.

Thanks again. We'll have to get to together for drinks sometime.
When I said home, I meant home home. The job is in Markham so it's about 20 mins away.

Yeah I really like Waterloo. I highly recommend it.
The company has divisions near Waterloo, but I'll mostly be working in Markham.
