Eagles got killed from the first second of the game to the end.

Great The Broncos pulled that game off. I was sweating the Skins making a comeback.

Is it legal to be an Indy AND a Titans fan?

Pats pulled out a close one against a Vick-less (that sounds dirty) Falcons team. Offense looked pretty nasty, but we need some much better D if we're going to go anywhere this season.

Watched some of the Dallas / Philly game. Bledsoe's in rare form. Must be something about Parcells that brings out the best in that guy

Well the Titans suck so I have to pick a fallback team and since Peyton is a former UT boy, I have to root for them! ;)

One of my teams kicked some Raven ****. Yeah, you know the Lions triple threat running game looked like a playoff contender.
My other team, lost a close one to the SB champs. Gotta hand it to Schaub though, 2nd year starter kept it within a TD with Vick on the sideline.

I can't believe I got stuck watching the end of the Philly woofer game and they never switched to the Donkey's game. Not only that, the bonehead announcers never stated the final score of that game (WSH-DEN)

They seemed too excited to get to baseball than to cover a NFL game going down to the wire. ...

Only game I got to watch was Dallas/Philly 'cause yesterday was my anniversary. But wow! I thought that would have ended the exact opposite! I saw the sparks of some real talent on the Cowboys. If they would stop fighting with each other and play like a team, they'd probably be at the Super Bowl again in 2 years. Philly is in the same boat. They need to play like a team and asshats like T.O. don't help the situation at all. He played most if not all of the game and only had 5 carries. For all the crap he put that team through, he'd better have 500 carries and over 1,000 yards a game.

Anyhoo, the Eagles have to step up, show up and play like the championship level of a team that they have the potential to be. Otherwise, nobody is going to take them seriously and they will get pounded by teams that they are better than. The Cowboys shouldn't have won that game. The cowboys played the best that I have seen them play this year and the Eagles just flat out sucked. You can't be missing coverages like that if you are going to be playing at that level.

The Cowboys, they gotta get some team unity happening and start playing together. If they do that, I can see shades of the early 90's in that team. They are all young talent with a great coach and a quarterback that can lead that team. If they start playing like a team, they will be a team to be reckon with.

Uh... I hate to disagree with you Jstas, but the few key players I know of on the Cowboys, most notably their QB (Bledsoe) and his two main receivers (Glenn and "Me"Shawn Johnson) are getting up there in age, hardly "young talent." Jones is definitely younger and has some serious potential, but who knows who'll be the QB and receiving corps in two years.

You named 3 out of how many people on a football team? Get real dude. This is Parcells' way of doing things. He has a few key players to carry the team while he builds it. He did this exact same thing with the Patriots. A very large chunk of Dallas is made up of young talent that was either draft picks or recruits that nobody has heard of before or have not had a place to shine. Think what you want, Parcells is doing what he does best and if he can keep Johnson from blowing up at everyone on the team when he screws up, he'll have one hell of a team on his hands. They have been talking about it all over ESPN and Fox Sports all day long.

Honestly, if Dallas' offensive line can play like they did on Sunday, it won't matter how old Bledsoe is, if the other team can't touch him, his career will stretch much more than 2 more years.

Just saying... the biggest numbers in the win yesterday were put up by Bledsoe and Glenn... two characters who are basically washed up, or on their way out. The O-Line did a fantastic job of giving Bledsoe time, I agree, but changing out QBs on a team isn't exactly no big deal. Obviously a team is an entire 54-man roster, and everyone on the field make sa difference, but your QB and WR positions are both very old, and the skill positions are what people pay big bucks to have. YOu can have the best offensive line in the league, fi you have Josh McCown back there it ain't gonna do you a bit of good.

Oh, I agree that they are up there in years comparativly but they aren't hurting for talent either. They have plenty of players that, if they realize thier potential, can step up and fill those positions easily. The main drawback that Dallas has right now is that they aren't playing like a team. They showed that they can on Sunday when they tromped all over the Eagles (who have the same teamwork problem). If the Cowboys play like a team and thier players step up to what thier talent will allow them to do, they won't need "Me"Shawn Johnson or even Drew Bledsoe.

Ah, it's just a silly game, no sense in getting worked up over it. Dallas kicked teh crap out of the Eagles and sent them a wake up call. You could be a team or 15 year olds or 45 year olds or any combination inbetween and it's still something to recognize. Should be a good season in the NFC East. The teams seem closely matched. It could go any way.

Pittsburgh fans have probably nevered mourned this much after a win before. I don't think Big Ben's knee is supposed to bend that way.

Steelers are very good, especially Big Ben and The Bus. It was a hard fought game, and the better team for last night won.
