I actually have a pair of those. I bought them new in 1969 or 70. Rated for 15 watts max. A really mellow sounding speaker (the classic "New England" sound). Sealed AS. With the grills off they look like crap...but that is the way they made them back then. An issue to be aware of. They are filled with fiberglass batting. Sometimes the fiberglass reacts with the adjustable pot (variable crossover) making the tweeters inoperable. It is nearly impossible to fine replacement pots. The pots can sometimes be cleaned to make them work and others have bypassed the pots alltogether. I have seen mint pairs of these go for $50 - $70. They are probably worth a look. They served me well for over 25 years. (My pots need repairing)."Just because youre offended doesnt mean youre right." - Ricky Gervais

Yeah, they are purdy, that's for sure - at least in the pics...are they wood veneer?
I may snag them up... -
Some of the early ones were solid wood but later on they were Walnut veneer. Heavy and solid cabs. Make Polks stuff (which is very good) seem lightwieght."Just because youre offended doesnt mean youre right." - Ricky Gervais
