DS7200 Problem

Hi
I have been using DS7200 system for over 4 years now. I am very happy with the system.
When I play a DVD (3/2.1 Dolby), there is no volume from the center channel, left channel and subwoofer. All this happens when I set the sorround sound setting to "Dolby Digital" and when I set it to "stereo" I can hear the volume only from the front right channel and no volume from anyother channel.
I checked all the wiring and everything looks ok. Not sure what is wrong?
Can someone please help me.
Thanks

Pulled the plug out the subwoofer and kept it out for 15 minutes and plugged it back in and it worked.

Hello,
Yes, that is correct, the amplifiers had gone into protection. Unplugging the sub-woofer AC power cord allows the protection to re-set.
