If you overpaid, you can file form 1040X to get your money back. You can file form 1040X for each of the prior 3 years.

Really? Is there really a form for overpaying? I mean, in a general sense, I know *I* haven't overpaid anything. I just want some of the general money back.

I don't think anyone wants to pay more taxes than one should. But sometimes people just overlook their allowed deductions and therefore their taxes are overstated.
Micah,
If you have not overpaid and still want some money back, you can apply creative accountings and file form 1040X. Since Authur Anderson is laying off about 7000 employees (and most them probably accountants), you might be able to find at least one will be able to help the 1040X. Or better yet, just ship me a pair of LSi9 and I will take care of your tax problems/concerns. -
Can I have a pair of lsi15's???I feel left outDan
