I was just reading a speaker review and noticed something funny in what the author said......I quote "...the bass of theses speakers is incredible, I didn't hear a single note outside of the range of these speakers...."
Well, duh. Of course you didn't hear a single note outside of the range of the speaker----the speaker couldn't reproduce it...
I thought it was funny.

Perhaps the reviewer was trying to say how full the range was. I actually know exactly what the guy was trying to say. If you take my 5jr's, and try and play some bass-heavy music, it will _try_ to play all the notes, but will not be all that successful. While it is making sound to represent those frequencies, those frequencies are out of its rangeLudicrous gibs!

That's what I presumed also, it just sounded funny after re-reading it.Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Shop Spkrs: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2
