Sorry, I am at work, and its busy, so I can't really do all the research myself.

Is there a non-signature version of the Vandersteen 2ce? Or is the 2ce only available/marketed as 'signature'?

About what should they sell for if in good cosmetic and functional condition?

Nevermind. Apparently when I told him 'consider them sold' he didn't take that in the literal sense. Rather, in the opposite sense of, please, sell them to someone else.
