Hey my fellow Polk friends!
My auntie just bought a new TV. I need to show her some decent component cables. I mean they don't have to be anything absolutely super. I was looking @ knukonceptz (where I got my car wiring.) But I'd like your recomendations as well!
thanks,
adam

Adam, here's a more reasonably-priced set that'll do the job.

Thanks... can anyone kind of give me an explanation on what these will do? I'm very ignorant about all things Home Entertainment.cats.vans.bag...

Adam, "component" cables are a set of three cables which connect a source component such as a DVD player which has three component outputs to a TV which has three component inputs. If auntie has equipment which can use the component connections it generally results in a somewhat better picture than a single cable "composite" or "S-Video" connection.

Wait.....
Those are the same quality that the cable company uses. They are horrible. Not so much in performance but built quality. The connectors easily come off and get loose.
You get what you pay for.
If you live near a Tweeter, Check out Pro Solutions for your budget line cables. these cables are better built and don't cost an arm and a leg.Dan

I went with cables from http://www.ramelectronics.net --> found them on this website. They should be coming in 2-3 days, the prices looked good for all the equipment they offer.Receiver: Denon-3802

Nice find, 75ohm rated, lots of shielding for only 7 bones. They look exactly like the basic Monster component cable. I doubt swerve will rip the ends off.
knukonceptz home audio cables are ROCK SOLID, I'm sure their component cable would be too.
