Denon 3801 3802

Just got a real good deal on the Denon 3801 just wonder what differnce there is between 3801 and 3802 thanks.

    5 watts/ channel more for the 3802 and Dolby Pro Logic II..

    I have also heard that the 3801 ran quite hot at times and the problem was corrected with the 3802. I know several folks have bought a small Radio Shack fan and set it up so that when the receiver was turned on the fan came on and blows over the receiver to keep it cool.     I won the 3801 and no heat problem's.I have installed hundered's of these receiver's and again, no problem's.If you can get a good deal on a 3801..go for it, the 3802 isn't worth the extra money.5 watts and pl2 is correct.thats it.

    No heat problems here...Very happy with mine.
