Simple enough; what is your favorite video game console of all time?

Mine, by far, is the Sega Dreamcast. First of the next gen consoles at the time, graphics were great at its release, and man, what a phenomenal controller.

Next is the NES.

Afterwards:
PS1
Xbox
SNES
Sega Genesis
PS2

How about you?

I'd have to say the original NES. In it's time, the games were amazingly fun. I rember the first time getting hooked on SMB, and it was all over:)

I liked (and still do) the nintendo 64. The graphics were so much above the original NES. I was so amazed when I first saw it (my cousin brought is out from CA when he came east for that christmas), I called every store within 45 miles to try and find one (to no avail, everyone was sold out).

Although I did love the original NES. As soon as I clean my "band room" (where I keep my musical crap and pool table), that baby is getting hooked up to my still beautiful 20" hatachi from 1985. (I actually thought about it yesterday).

    NES.

it was soley responsible for the 1985 resurgence of the video game industry. Ever since, videogames have been a hot market.

Nintendo orignal and super. I player both of them everyday when I was young. I still own my Super Nintendo. I don't play it but I can't get rid of it.

Today Xbox rules for me. We have Ps2 and it's ok , but nothing beats Xbox and Xbox live. It's what I love.

For the Dreamcast fans, there is a pretty nice little DC forum on the 'net.

philips cdi, just kidding. NES was and still is the best system ever. coutless number of games, most all were amazing. any system that can keep me enterained for 15 years of nonstop play, come on. ive gone through super nintendo, genisis, ps1/2 and xbox. xbox is a close second but NES hands down
