Oh, I almost forgot I have an automatic overfill drain. I can say that saves me some headaches, by forgetting to shut off hose, having pool water kill the grass. Re-rolling and Re-rolling a 100' hose that I would need to run to street. It's all sweet.

Thanks guy's glad you all like.

It looks great, and less grass to mow too. :D Looks like you plan for year-round usage, the only way to justify a pool IMO.

Before the pool I had shrubs the height of the fence, had to lose them during construction. I not sure if I want all green back there or not, I'm thinking more on the line of Knockout Roses trimmed about half up the fence.

I find and post a picture of the shrubs I had back there once.

The pool looks awesome joe. Those roses would go quite nicely and should stay a good size (<4 feet tall I think) but can be a pain to keep looking nice. If you have someone do your landscaping / grasscutting no big deal then ;)

The depth is 3' - 6', size is 13' - 34', screen is 18'x48', overall is not too bad / nice size. It's the second pool that I had built used the same company and salesperson. I don't think I could make it any bigger

Very nice! Looks very refreshing. Why the covered patios?
I haven’t figure out what we (wife and I) wish to do in the back as far as landscaping.
Go with a tropical theme. Palm trees (Queen Palms), fruitless Red Banana trees, small Lilli type shrubs and such.

Two years ago I built a front patio and did a tropical landscape theme. Most of it has finally grown in. I still plan to add a bit more but I'm in the process of doing the backyard now. I planted 2 Queen Plams just far enough apart to hang a hammock between, next summer they'll be big enough for the hammock. I also plan to add outdoor speakers so I can play tropical sounds (birds and such).

Here's an updated pic of the patio.

Why covered patios  Why not the heat in Florida is unbearable at times, you need the ceiling fans 2 and the shade.

As far as the landscape I will be calling a landscaper for his / her input, so I / we don't make any bad decisions.

Cooler who needs a stink'g Cooler ;) I have a frig in the garage for drinks.

Ron-P, nice front yard I too have Palms in the front yard, so it this point since I hate these Palms I don't wish to add any in the back yard. Palms can get very tall so they become a pain to trim 3 - 4 times a year.

BTW the tree seen by the spa is a grapefruit tree, the tree on the other side is orange tree though I have yet seen any oranges on it.
