2006 Mits Eclipse GT. 6 speed, 265 horses under the hood. Miles apart from the last generation. Very tough to keep anywhere near the speed limit, even tougher not to cut it loose in the break in period.
WAF- not so good.

Cool, is that the same horsepower Nissan is raving about for the Maxima now? Should be a fun ride, seeing you are a tad smaller AND lighter.

Looks great, too bad you have Fosgate in the back. ;)

Nice. Looks 1000 times better than the previous iteration of Eclipse (chick car).

I was a little skeptical of the factory Rockford Fosgate system but I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised. Horsepower is just about the same as the new Maxima. I think the new generation with the big V6 and 6 speed gearbox will help the shed the "chic car persona." It really is a performance machine. The interior is quite roomy. Should be, the stance is wider than a Ford Explorer.

Nice purchase, man. I'm still not sure if I like the looks of the previous version better or not, but regardless, your car looks awesome.

    Congrats!

P.S. Put a decent audio system in it!!!! :D

Damn thats alot of horsepower for such a small car. My truck (2005 Nissan Pathfinder SE) has 270. I bet it goes.

Good job man. My son loves those cars and wants one when he is 16 , he's 9 now

that's a good looking car no doubt. it's so aerodynamic looking. I've always liked silver as a car color too. My first RX-7 was that same silver color. good move. enjoy!!

That's an understatement Dan. At about 2800 rpm's it clears for takeoff. I haven't pushed it all yet due to the break in period. It's killing me!!!
