Blown Tweeters

I have owned a set of PA R40 speakers for the last 4.5 years. I love them. Over that time, I've had 4 tweeters blow on me which the PA folks have graciously replaced. I have not had a single problem with the woofers.
I now have my fifth blown tweeter which I will soon be returning for replacement under the 5 year warranty. I'm completely perplexed as I do not crank the volume on the stereo or do anything else that would be considered treating them harshly.
I'm sure they're getting about as tired of replacing them as I am of sending them back. Can you give me any guidance on what to investigate that might be causing this persistent problem?
Thank you.
