Well gents, I actually have decided to keep the 3375. I didn't help that when I pulled the interconnects out two of the ground housings popped out of the jacks and I lost one of the little round insulators in the process. Probably found a home inside the damn vacuum cleaner.

    Sorry guys.

    Da man...thanks Russ.

Jeez, in all my weelin' dealin', I forgot all about the 5002. Perfect for Ron's application.

Everything sold here on the forum except the 3375 which I decided to keep and the sub. The DAC I'm waiting word on. The Kenwood is staying with a family member as is the Panny DVD/VHS combo.

    Thanks to all!

Got the Philips CD-880 yesterday. Packed nicely. I was a little concerned when I didn't see the transport screws, but it plays fine with the DOORS cd that was included. :D Does anyone know if those things really are needed? Anyway, this moster seems to play just fine. I just feel sorry for the "little" marantz receiver I have it sitting on. I swear I can see little beads of sweat on its blue dial.:p

You won't find many, if any, transport bars or screws anymore....they went out of style according to Tommy Hilfiger.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Not sure if it matters since everything is gone...

but received package today at work, thinking about the size of the onkyo I received and the size of the box, I would say this thing could have been shipped via UPS and still would have been ok...haha..right right anyway (UPS is cool too...)

i'll test it out tonight and I'm sure everything will work

    thanks,

    Chris

great job on the packaging. Hooked it up to some r15's and a small dvd player just for some background music till i get the equipment to use it for my computer...

One thing I did notice is that it was refurbished. I didn't see anywhere in the description that it was a refrub...

It's ok. The box on the outside says its refrubed. On the actual unit there is a sticker on the bottom of the unit which says it's refurbed as well.

So even better. The factory has been through it, and fixed / prevented an issue with it. Lucky you!
