sub fried by lightning - how to repair?

last night we had a terrible lightning storm while watching "lemony snicket" with the kiddies on ppv, and there was a massive bolt way too close to the house. dunno if it hit the power line or what, but it smoked my PSW250. (no fire; no downed tree; tv, satellite decoder, receiver, and other equipment is ok... they were on a surge suppressor, but the sub wasn't :-(

right after the bolt, the sub starting doing this audible pulsing / throbbing. it's last gasps of life, i guess.

i opened up the sub and the fuse was blown, so i replaced it but -- as i suspected -- it blows the fuse right away each time. not surprising... the fuse is waaay too slow to stop a surge like that.

question is - how/where can i get it repaired? and is it worth it? am i better off getting a new pcb or having this one fixed?

i've had the sub exactly 3 years (to the week) and it's gently used. (wife and kiddies don't have the appreciation of Jurassic Park that i do :-)

thanks in advance for your advise.
