How do I get the display to stay on the first screen instead of switching to the changing display after 20 seconds. Several times I have gotten it to stay on that screen when I wasn't trying to. I've tried holding down the center "XM" button and every other combination of buttons, but I can't get it to do it when I am trying to do so.

Could you explain your situation a little more? It sounds like you don't want the scrolling text of the artist and song. If you want the text to stay still, hit display. There are 3 different options for displaying the info... go through them and find what you like best :)

I'm talking about the TV display, not the receiver display. The screen that shows all info will change after 20 seconds. Somehow I've gotten that display to stay but I don't know how.

OK... I understand now (took me a sec to remember since I rarely use the TV display). There is a built in screen saver feature. It was put in for people who have TVs who could have burn in problems to kick in after 15 or 20 seconds after the last button push. Unfortunately, there is no way to get rid of this.
