Yeah, but you have to wonder how good Jordan would have been without Scottie.

He would still have been a great player, no doubt...but still...

no one from the bulls would have been good on their own.

No one could do it without the complete team. That's a given. That is why they call it a "team". I also beg to differ. Mike is the greatest player to ever walk the Earth. BAR NONE.

Agreed, and anybody that doesn't either doesn't know much about BB or has had their head in the sand for about 20 years or so. I will have to say, though, Lebron and and Flash have a chance to surpass him statistically, if they keep up what they are doing. I don't think they'll ever catch him in the ring department, unless they get some better role players. Wade has Shaq, but needs more and Lebron needs alot more help still.

But as it stands now, MJ is the greatest all around player to have ever slipped a pair of Nikes on.

I don't know if I'd call Jordan the absolute greatest ever (and I'm a Tar Heel fan too), but he is definitely the greatest shooting guard of all time.

The best ever all time by position IMO

    1st Team:
    Point guard- Magic Johnson
    Shooting guard- Michael Jordan
    Small forward- Larry Bird
    Power forward- Tim Duncan
Center- Flip a coin between Wilt, Kareem, and Bill Russell

    2nd Team:
    PG- Oscar Robertson
    SG- Jerry West
    SF- Dr. J
    PF- Bob Pettit
C- Flip a coin between Wilt, Kareem, and Bill Russell

    3rd Team:
    PG- John Stockton
    SG- John Havlicek
    SF- James Worthy
    PF- Karl Malone
C- Flip a coin between Wilt, Kareem, and Bill Russell

Wait til Amare Stoudemire matures. That kid is scary good. He is going to smash records if he doesn't injure himself.
