Just lob a hand gernade through their window and get it over with.
Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.

Everyone has made very valid points and thanks for the great posts. I would much like to give them a taste of Polk Power but as was pointed out by a few of you (1) they would know what equipment I have, and (2) the possibility of damaging it (I know myself, I would turn the knob to eleven) I have some Rammstein lined up. There is nothing like German heavy metal music you don't know the words to piss someone off (Pantera was next, followed by Metallica). Even if I pissed them off they would be plotting revenge. She wouldn't due anything (violation of parole) but I bet she has lots of friends. So, as a few suggested, I will use the Parole and Section 8 rules to my advantage. I found out from the Division of Parole that all I need is her to be handed a Criminal Court summons for loud music and disorderly conduct, and back she goes, no and's, if's, or but's.

Oh, of course I went over and asked her to turn it down, and you know what I got? The stare (What? Are you talking to me look), teeth sucking, head bobbing, shoulder shrugging, "I can do whatever I want." response.

Thanks again, you all probably saved me a lot of future grief down the road.

I have found that to piss off neighbors, find an F1 broadcast on satellite TV and cut out the commentary. The screaming of the engines, I can listen to it all day long. Most other people can't.

If that fails, find a band called Stabbing Westward. They are "Industrial Rock" and will drive most anyone crazy.

That is of course only because the reaction that civility got. I would also try my best not to get labelled as the guy who called the cops. If said deviant DOES have friends, getting said deviant thrown back in jail would probably garner a similar reaction from those 'friends'. If you are going to pursue that route than I would let it die down and ignore it for a while so that the confrontation leaves the immediate memory. Then ask neighbors if they have had the same issues and implore them to call the authorities when they hear teh loud music and complain. If they can't pinpoint the negative press with the police towards you, they are less likely to be hostile in your general direction.
