Best live performance ever - Clapton at The Fillmore West in the late 60's. "Crossroads" from the "Wheels of Fire" album. Nobody ever played a guitar solo like that before, not even Hendrix. -
I would also have to rate highly ........ Little Feat when they came home and played the Maintanence Shop on the Iowa State Univ. campus! Live and in your face and they played all night, lot's of local talent joining in. And in those days they would have dime draws on the same night :eek:DKG999
