    This went down a couple years ago, if I recall correctly, she won the suit. Funny, yes, but blatently deceptive on Hooter's part - in the eyes of the court.

    Seriously, tell me it was NOT blatently, and intentionally deceptive on Hooters part. That's the issue with the court, it wasn't a simple mistake, or misworded - there was intent to deceive.

    I can ALMOST remember a time when people would just 'shrug' or laugh things off, even if they were the butt of the joke.

    I'd get the Land Cruiser fully loaded, sell it then get something worthy of spending $60k on. But then again I would never sue for something like this. Yea it was deceptive but it was only a joke. I guess sometimes jokes go a little too far with some people...
