PSW350 stopped working

My daughters's PSW350 is no longer thumping. It is hooked up from the receiver LFE-out to the sub LFE-in. There is now a turn-on thump that wasn't there before. What I've checked so far:
- The power-on light is still lit.
- The fuse is good.
- I tried a different woofer connected to the amp output - no go.
- I tried a front main pre-out from the receiver to the line-in - no go.
- There are 39.2 volts from the CT to each side of the transformer secondary.
At this point in time, I'm thinking the amp is shot. Any other thoughts? If it is the amp, is a replacement module available? Thanks.
