    Just move the owl once a month--birds are smart, but If they see it moved a little, it will work.

    Wally-world has one with a motion sensor. When anything comes near it, the head rotates. Pretty cool....and expensive.

    I wouldn't call that bird smart....he just has a good memory.

    What if every time he's in the tree, you hose him down? Bird's are smart enough to understand classical conditioning. Turn your tree into a skinner box.
