I like you Dan, but you still haven't resized them for normal ppl.

I love the rig, looks great, rock on.

    Simplicity.

Normal people run 1280x1024 resolutions :D

For everyone else, there's the XP Image Resizer (actually a powertoy released by microsoft)-

    http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

install that, then you're able to right-click on an image and select "resize" from the menu. It'll ask you what size you want it, and BINGO!!
    Ludicrous gibs!

I'm on it honcho's, and get it 19+, but I resize all my pics to be generic for the average user....whatever.

I think it's silly to have to resize a pic in order to look at it on a community forum.

    dorokusai,
I thought they where a good size. I reduced them 50%. they fit really good on both of my computer screens. laptop is 17 inch widescreen and the desktop is a 19 inch 4:3.

I could try 40 % maybe that will do

    Airplay355,
No center yet. I have to figure out some kind of shelf over the Tv in maple wood. I might hire a cabnet maker to come in and build me a really nice shelf. My other idea is to go to Salamander and get the modular tubes and shelf to connect right to the my stand. It's one really nice thing about this rack is that it's very flexible.
Once I get the shelf thing figured out, I will go pick up my center channel which is a Dyanduio Audience 122C in Maple wood.
I do however have the rears up.

Dan I will not comment on your choice of speakers, your electronics, or your TV for that matter. We all have different tastes when it comes to audio and video, but....

Please tell me that you DO NOT have blue and peach/pinkish paint on the walls of your HT. That has got to be the most horrific color combo I've ever seen.

Blue is fine, peach (?) is fine, but my gawd what the hell were you smokin', drinkin', snorting, huffin' to come up with putting them together?!?

    BTW, toe-in your speakers more....amature.:D

    Frank,
the pic's make the colors a bit different then what they actually are. The color is called WILMINGTON TAN from Bear paint at home depot. It's a medium tan color and is very neutral. It works well in our livingroom, Dinningroom and hallway.

    dorokusai,
WAaaaaaa damn Bro all want to be all up in our tub. Hell if you come in, use the master bath there is a 6 foot Jacuzzi tub in there with mood lights Remote controled by Lutron. Once I get the house system up and running, you 'll have a keypad with a stereo single speaker over the tub, and a 32 inch LCD on the wall.

    Sid,
that is a really cool pic man. thats cool work.

    Dennis Gardner,
Thats funny stuff man. If you check out my pic's, there is a mirror over by my left main speaker. That started this whole color thing my wife is all about. I just wanted netural colors but as you see I lost that one...

how heavy is that TV? i'd be afraid it would fall off that stand. it seems like it's up kind of high. but maybe it's just the angle of the picture.

It all looks great though for sure.

Colours look good. Those would go well with some medium dark or light wood flooring. Carpet, well, nothing goes well with carpet. Or should I say carpet goes well with nothing.

The Tv isn't that heavy. It's only a 46". I believe it weighs in at 135 lbs. Not to bad to deal with considering my last tv weighed 235 damn Wega Sony 36 inch.

    TroyD,
I don't know how you get all that out of the room , but it's all good. I'm Guiness man. I also perfer Sam Adams. Coors eextra gold is nice. , most black and tans beers are good.

It's always a good time for a beer Bro
