HI, I have RM1300 speakers and one is out. How do I trouble shoot the speaker to order the right parts for its repair? Joe

    Hello Joe,
    Thanks for posting on the Forum. The easiest way to check out the speaker is to cover, from the outside, using your hand or small pillow the tweeter. This should allow you to hear if there are any mid range sounds coming from the mid range driver. Then shift your hand or pillow to cover the mid range driver, allowing you to hear the tweeter. You are also encouraged to send the speaker to us at Polk Audio, 2550 Britannia Blvd., Suite A, San Diego, CA. 92154. You would include a short note giving us your name, address and daytime telephone number.
