Newbie with wiring question

I'm sorry for asking a question you've probably answered many times before, but here goes:
I just replaced my speakers with new Polk speakers: LSi15 front, LSiC for center channel, FXi3 for the surround and a 404 sub. On the patio, I've put Atrium 45s. Everything is connected to a Denon AVR-3805.
The wire run from the Denon to the front, center and sub is about 25 feet, to the surrounds about 15 feet, and to the patio about 40 feet.
I plan on rewiring my room for the addition of a HDTV connected to the Denon.
What gauge/type wire makes the most sense for connecting the Denon to the speakers when I rewire?
I listen primarily to classical music and watch movies from DVDs.
Thanks for your help!

Well if a spool of wire you want to re wire the system then Look into 14 x 4 from a high quality cable company. There are many.
The patio speakers , do you have a volume control inline or is it a straight run??? You can however loop the speakers with a run of 14 x 4.

My personal quest is to save to world of bad audio, one thread at a time. -
Thanks, Dan, for the feedback.
It's a straight run to the patio. I have a separate volume control on the Denon remote for the patio speakers.RMR
