about bi-wiring and bi-amping

hey guy im new to stereo speakers... but i just got a new polk audio RTi4 hooked up to my computer and i was wondering if i bi-wire or bi-amp will i be able heard any significances changes or maybey just a little bit???

also i have a onkyo 8011 and if i decide to bi-wire or bi-amp i know that i have to get another wire and hook it to the other part of the speakers.....but where on the onkyo receiver?? like both wire running on the A side or one on A and one on B and turning both on at the same time

another question is that can i buy another pair and use 4 speakers at the same time with this onkyo 8011 receiver? i looked for info but havent found any

last can someone please tell me the differece between bi-wiring and bi-amping
