Ok,
I did this job today with a Bose 3 2 1 system for some older folks. The lift was very sweet and I really enjoyed working with it.

Here are some pics.

This job was new construction with no basement or attic plus hardwood floors. In order to get rears in , they would have to be ran outside or in wire molding all the way around the room. This Bose 3 2 1 system fit the bill perfectly as the customer was in heaven after we finished the Install. They love that the Bose speakers can fill there entire room with sound and to them really good sound. The 3 2 1 can simulate surround sound and does it well. I felt the little system worked well.

The Remote made everything come together as system control I feel is more Important then anything else. If you can't control it , you can't use it.

I'm pleased we are carrying lift furniture and lifts in general. We got away from lifts for years. In the past it was lifts for Projectors but that went away.

    I love my job.

Cool install, Dan! looks very clean, at least the plasma part, can't really see the Bose. Is that the 3 speakers with pseudo surround kinda Bose? The demo of the system at BB sounds pretty good, specially for older folks (easier to operate).

Btw, yes, I can see gramps, with light wool jacket/sweater sitting on the sofa (obviously admiring the investment) and your install! :)
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

Yeah man he was juiced up . The 3 2 1 system only has 2 speakers and a sub. It sounded great for them.

So long as your customers are happy with their system, and you are satisfied with the job you did that is all that matters.

    Well done!

That's pretty sweet. Is the stand custom or a regular production item?

    Thats guy/girls,

The stand is custom. The speakers live inside the stand on the top shelves of the left and right audio cabnets. If you look at the pic with the gear exposed, you can see the left speaker sitting on the top shelf. This Bose unit only has 2 front speakers and a sub but can simulate surround sound. It can fool you into thinking you have a center and rears. It's not nowhere close to being a great system but for certian people and places it works wonders. It always puts smiles on my customers faces and thats enough for me.

Very nice! How much would a cabinent with a lift like that cost? Is it smooth, quick and silent or what?

About pics on the forum. The higher the resolution the smaller the pic you can put up. So actually the question would be "How small is your camera." :D
