    looking at some powervar 3.0's to get rid of the noise.. screw it, somethings gotta help... atleast until they rewire something..

    You don't need a conditioner if you have quiet circuits elsewhere in your house, you need to find the problem on the circuit.

    Faster,

    Ok, so your Florida room and Living room are powered by the G fault outside outlet. I think this is why you have a problem with noise. Take the G fault out so you can connect white to white / black to black / ground to ground, so if this remove the the noise you have. If this works then replace the G fault outlet, if this doesn't work then I think that you need to rewired this new room so they don't work by the G fault outlet.

    BTW, I can try to power my AVR setup by a G fault outlet to see if you can't power an AVR by a G fault.
