John Elway Joke

John Elway, after living a full life, died. When he got to heaven, God was
showing him around. They came to a modest little house with a faded Broncos
flag in the window.

"This house is yours for eternity, John," said God. "This is very special;
not everyone gets a house up here."

John felt special, indeed, and walked up to his house. On his way up the
porch, he noticed another house just around the corner. It was a 3-story
mansion with a Green & White & Silver sidewalk, a 50 foot tall flagpole
with
an enormous EAGLES logo flag, and in every window, an Eagles emblem.

John looked at God and said "God, I'm not trying to be ungrateful, but I
have a question. I was an all-pro QB, I won 2 Super Bowls, and I even went
to the Hall of Fame."

God said "So what's your point John?"

"Well, why does Donovan McNabb get a better house than me?"

God chuckled, and said "John, that's not Donovan's house, it's mine."

GO EAGLES!!!!!
Dan

I hope the Eagles do win with there over rated QB.

By the way I believe D M has earned the right to be a great QB.

Win or lose they still made it.

McNabb BLEW it for Philly, IMO.

What was he THINKING the last 5 mins of the game??? They wasted MORE than enough time to score twice.

Man, NE was ripe for the picking last night.

McNabb and the Eagles coaching staff should all be fired.

As a Pats fan, I have to agree. That's more mistakes than I've seen the Patriots make all season. If ever they were gonna lose, taht was the game. Philly BLEW it.

Truly the worst case of clock management in Super Bowl history.

As a fellow NE diehard, I agree Bob. That fumble by Brady? What ticked me off were the stupid penalites.

I think NE didn't play close to thier potential but a 'W' is a 'W'.

In which half? Man they blew the first a second half on clock management. McNabb said after the game that the final TD drive was their "No-Huddle" offense. If so, they deserved to lose for being idiots.

I wouldn't say that the Eagles got outcoached.. (Bill didn't do anything that the Eagles didn't adjust to) They just fooked up on their own.
There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Nine-tenths of the rights he bellows for are really privileges and he does nothing to deserve them. We not only acquired a vast population of morons, we have inculcated all morons, old or young, with the doctrine that the decent and industrious people of the country are bound to support them for all time.-Menkin

By definition a "no-huddle" should NOT include huddles!! The Eagles on that last drive were going to a huddle on almost every play!! I mean, if you're gonna stick with the huddle, at least call TWO plays in the huddle for God's sake. I wanted them to lose and I was STILL just amazed that htey took so much time. I mean, they needed ten points to tie, and there were five and half minutes left in teh game. There's no tomorrow, no points for second place, and they didn't even get down to score until the two minute warning!! You still need another possession guys!! Take soem freakin risks!

I don't know whehter to blame McNabb or Reid for that one, but either way, McNabb got outplayed (by a lot) and Reid got outcoached. Not by much - I think Philly did a great job adapting. But clock management is mostly on the coach's shoulders.

Well Considering the last three years thye have not really needed to use the no huddle, so I casn see some confusion, but they are professionals that looked like pee wee league players running the two-min offense.

    where were the out routes??
