Run your input at 8 kHz. It will slow down badly, but be very accurate below 20 Hz with respect to data acquisition. Looking good Toby!"What we do in life echoes in eternity"

Those three spikes at 25, 50, and 65 Hz are just screaming for a PEQ. I could tame that curve in about 15 minutes with TrueRTA and a Rane PE-17."What we do in life echoes in eternity"
