Fuse for AWM5

I have a pair of AWM5's that stopped working. Got one of them open and discovered the fuse inside (about 1 inch long glass fuse) is blown. Any way to get another, or should I see if radioshack has something similar?

Hello,
That is called a "lamp" or "bulb" and is part number SK-3 CWTLDS and can be found at most car parts stores. When you replace it be sure to keep it 1/4" from all other crossover components and wires. It can get fairly hot.
