Hi I've requested for a CS 400i speaker grill from Polk Audio Customer Service but its been 3 weeks and I'm still worrying that how long do I have to wait more. I'm getting lot of dust in the speaker.

Call customer service and dust the speaker. Neither is painful.

    Hamzahsh,

Did you tell them you were a Club Polk member? Club members get discounts and free 2 day shipping. Even with all the "crossing international borders" crap, it shouldn't take 3 weeks. Maybe the part is out of stock.

Like Troy said, give them a call on the 800 number to see what's up.

I live in Toronto, Canada 'cause may be that's why its taking too long.
