He Really Wanted That Amp

I bought one of these, in mint condition, for $279.00 + shipping off of Audiogon a couple of weeks ago. Since this is in no way a rare or collectors item, I will have to assume that the amps on eBay are better than the ones on Audiogon.

Maybe the buyer wasn't going to be around at the close of the auction and wanted to protect himself against "snipers" by setting a high maximum bid. He probably thought that the bidding would never go over the $300 - $350 range. If it wasn't for one pesky eBay noobie, he could have had the thing for a little under it's bluebook value ($325).:mad:
