    And Cabinet Construction, no?

The TL had a different/lighter cabinet, but was stronger...

So tweeters and crossover for tweeters.

And possibly cabinet construction as well.
Can anyone confirm what Vr3MxStyler2k3 suggested?

    Luc,

Yep, different tweeters, different crossover and different bracing....same weight.

Edited: more bracing, different bracing...whatever, it's not the same as the 1.2.

    Jesse...

I thought the 1.2TL used LESS bracing, but was like a circular bracing instead of rods...

I remember reading this a while back, Rafiel (sp) said something about it, maybe he can respond with something here...

But I am pretty sure the cabinet used less, but different style of bracing...

The 1.2TL has a "monocoque" cabinet structure. Monocoque=little or no internal bracing and stronger external cabinet.

I was thinking more along the lines of audible differences, than construction. Hence tweeters...no **** on the crossover.

Both cabinets are solid and built well for the application....and doesn't matter to me at all.

I think Sid just trumped Jesse? :D

    Get a effin' grip boy.

Sid: "The TL had a different/lighter cabinet, but was stronger..."

Me: "more bracing, different bracing...whatever, it's not the same as the 1.2." The TL is not lighter, they weigh the same.

A different choice of words perhaps, hardly a trump.

Yep, not hiding that fact. However, I said more bracing (meaning stronger) which it is, stronger. They still weigh the same. ;)
