    Dorokusai, I can imagine Ken is quite the busy guy, I see his name pop-up allot here.

    I’ll hold off on the call and hopefully somebody will feel charitable and straighten me out.

    Seriously, marly, I'd give Ken a shout. If he can't fax it to you, no scanner here either, but a decent digital camera...
