yea right now I am using the Thunder 1501D it hits the W7 very hard.
Gain about 15% getting around 500-600 watts. Using a 4 guage wire. When the gain turned around 50% sub cant handle it or the amp cannot handle it it starts to sound nasty the sub.

    what is this called??

give me the tips guys on wtf else I should do..:)

im gonna assume that that amp puts out an rms wattage of at least the sub's rms wattage. i'm going to further assume that you're running in a sealed box, or that if you're running ported, you've got a highpass filter on it at the tuning frequency. if both of these assumptions are correct, then i'd say you're pushing the amp too far or the sub too far.

    do this

if the link's broken, its cause i changed the site, and just ask and i'll repost

did the install yesterday someone tired to steal it yesterday at 10pm alarm went of I ran outside see my driver side window is broken. **** Theives.

they went straight to pop the trunk like its their car fucken mexicans. they didn't touch anything else. funny thing is they can't take the woffer out.

anyways today I tired a different kenwood deck it slammed even harder my roof on the civic start to bounce.

w7 is a crazy woffer with the right amp and deck.

I sold the system today sad day.
My friend had two 15s audioban he said this 12pounds much harder wasn't running at full pontential running 4guage wires..

I am just amazed at the performance of the W7 most of the people who never heard it before now know how it pounds.

well at least the theives didn't get a chance to **** up your stuff and your entire interior like they did mine... but that's how amateur theives are... at least they got caught.
So, you said you sold the system? I agree that is a sad day, but why?? sounds like you enjoyed it.

didn't have a chance to see what the 13.5 really do. But it was hell of a system. Most of the people were amazed on how it performed in my hatchback because they never saw a 13.5 they thought it was the w7 12. I had it setup regular didn't bridge it either. Hopefully my next system would be better till then I need to find a house before I get anything else. sucks to live in apartment and get jacked. I wanna get the system back but cant.
