SVS Setup ????'s

I just hooked up my new SVS PB2-ISD sub. (Man its big.) Anyway, I need some advice on how to setup my AVR for this new monster.

You can see my sig for my system. Do I really want to set the RTi10's as small? Any ideas for xover settings: 60 or 80?

Anything else I am leaving out, or plain haven't thought of?

Thanks.

I have a PB1 and RTi10's up front. I have the fronts set to LARGE and the crossover for the rest of the speakers at 80 Hz. I also set the receiver's sub volume at 2 or 3 decibels higher than the rest of the speakers.

Placement should be your main concern, although with such a big box, you may be limited.

Although it is somewhat of a waste of rti10's to run small.. if you intended on big bass from the svs, why not send all the bass material to the svs? I would set them to small when watching movies and maybe switch to large (if you want) for music.... IMO when you buy a large SVS it's because you want alot of clean clear bass... when set to large, some of that doesnt make it to the sub.. But its all relative in the way it sound best to you and in your room... Good luck and congrats on the new Sub!! :)

With the Denon AVR 2805 - you should set to small. You have an awesome sub, so let it do its job.
Congrats on the SVS and have fun. Calibrate - Calibrate!!!!!
