    right I understand, it's just so hard to know without doing hrs and hrs of research and even then what componenets are built with good parts !!

    Whatever sounds best to YOU is all that matters! One man's brightness is another man's perfect sound. Only YOU can decide if you like the stuff or not!

    It seems audio does boil down to that in all aspects

    Exactly. Remember, audio is about enjoyment, not Right or Wrong.

    If you really want to be picky, every component ever made and used in every system is WRONG, because NO system, regardless of components used, will sound EXACTLY like the original performance. So, no component can ever be "right".

    But, all that doesn't matter one bit, if you enjoy the sound of your system, and gain enjoyment from the music or movies you play thru it.
