Denon rf not working?

Well for some reason my rf(radio frequency) on my atkis stop working?This blows the big one!It was nice to sit in another room turning up and down the volume and other things without having to point the remote right at the receiver.If anyone experienced the same thing any help would be appreciated because denon customer service sucks!Thank you in advance.I know I should buy a pronto not sure if they do rf or not but the girlfriend says I better buy a ring or else(her ultimatum)fight or flight?run to the hills?ha ha
