Paul or anyone else,
How do those PS Audio cables compare with higher grade copper cable from Audioquest? Thanks.

Wes, I do not have any experience with Audioquest cables. However, there are enough good folks around here who do enjoy them and I respect their opinions.
Since the PS Audio are also copper based as are your Audioquests, I would think you are not missing out on much. I put more faith in Interconnects making more of a difference and looks like you got some good ones there too.
I wouldn't sweat it. If you are curious just do it and try it out for yourself. Nothing to lose but a little cash and it is a learning experience.
If you do want to experiment, I would recommend DH Labs Q10 Silver Sonic speaker wire. Pricey, but not super pricey and a very smooth sounding cable. They sell on audiogon quite cheap at times if you are on the lookout for them.
Do the DH Labs sound better than the PS Audio. Not really. Just depends on what you like.
