We all love audo.. that's a given.
But how many of you all truely love cars/trucks etc? for their beauty and joy they bring?
If you had say up to $75,000 to spend on a vehicle... what would you buy?
Is there a classic 57 Chevy that gets our blood boiling? Is it a 65 Vet? How about a sexy Saab? Maybe something Italian?
When i was younger... much younger. I for some odd reason really wanted a Studebaker Avanti  I thought they were the coolest looking car i had ever seen.
It's a pretty ugly looking car. but for a 12 yr. i thought it was da bomb.
What's your fave? post a pic if you can.

One of the toughest questions you could ever ask me, first i'd have to say a 93-96 Mazda RX-7, then the Ferrari's, really any will do, lol, but i love the early 90's F40 and Testerossa, and then the 1974 Dino 246 GTS is one of my favorite vintage cars (i know it's technically not a ferrari, but c'mon? it is, lol). I could probably name 30 more but, that'd just be going overboard

Or maybe a 67/8/9 (can't tell which one) Z28. Man, I soooo have to get one of these things before I die!!!!George Grand wrote: »

I wonder if you could get one of these for under $75k? Maybe I'd settle for a kit. Like this one . Absolutely amazing that that thing has a naturally aspirated V-8 (at least I don't see any blowers) makin' that much HP and torque. Unbelievable!!! I might give up ever ownin' a house just to drive this thing....:DGeorge Grand wrote: »

As the owner of a 1966 Ford Galaxie, 2 1969 Mustangs, and a 1993 Mustang (as well as 1998 Excort ZX2, 2001 Focus ZX3 and a 2003 Focus ZX5) I am obviously firmly entrenched in the Ford Camp. The only vehicles that might tempt me to stray would be the:
Porsche 911 Carrera S4
or possibly a Corvette
or even a BMW 645Ci Coupe
But since a 2006 Mustang Cobra is a real possiblity for $35,000 ± ...For $75,000 I would have to look for one of these...
1969 Shelby GT500 Convertible
Of course if money is no object then we move up to the 2005 Ford GT...

I do wonder how many times you would hafta spend 75k on Testerossa. Bet it'd be worth it, though...George Grand wrote: »

Nah a testarossa wouldn't cost 400k, huge overexaggeration on my part. You can actually get them for under 75k, i mean, they are from the 80's, lol. the F40 on the other hand from the early 90's goes for usually 300k+ there's one on ebay for 315k right now, and there's a testarossa going for like 40k with a buy it now at 62 i think there's the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=2485023862&category=6212

The Skyline's a car made by Nissan that was never released in the US, it's too badass for America to get it, lol. the R32 is the early 90's version, they had the GT-S and the GT-R, GT-S being single turbo, GT-R being twin turbo, both rear wheel drive i think (correct me if i'm wrong on that). after that was the R33, also a GT-S single turbo version and a GT-R twin, i believe the GT-R was now all wheel drive too. then the ultimate grandaddy of all badass cars ever made the R34 *drool*, i don't know a whole lot about the R34, i'm not sure if they kept the GT-S model here, but i now that the GT-R is all-wheel drive twin turbo putting about 300 hp, maybe more. they have the VSpec1 and VSpec2 models but i'm not sure of the difference and i could be way off, like i said i don't know as much about the R34. Sami feel free to correct me on any false info here, lol

R32 is very legendary to those who followed car racing in the early 90's. Nicknamed Godzilla in Australia after mauling the competition which included BMW M3 and Ford Sierra Cosworth. Multiple time 24h endurance race winner (N1), JGTC winner etc.

The R34 wasn't bad either. Just retired from 24h racing. With a victory, how else?

dude, I knew it was supposed to be cool, but not that cool; twin turbos?! That's wicked....
What's it got under the hood? I4? AWD, too; that's pretty sweet.
From what you said, I gather they ended up offerin' it in the us? That right?George Grand wrote: »
