RT12 RE0185-1 speaker rubs center post

I have an RT12 speaker. One of the speakers inside the unit (RE0185-1) does not operate cleanly. When the speaker moved in and out it rubs against the center post. If I were to guess - it appears out of alignment. The sound is tinny, rubbing (and quite obvious).
What are my options to correct?
Thank you
Rich
