no sound at all

ive been watching then suddenly no sound at all. i tried shifting to bluetooth or check the connections of optic but still no sound . even reset the unit polk signa solo but still no sound. ho can i resolve the issue. thanks

    Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of issues with these Polk Soundbars and none of us at this forum really have any technical expertise with them. I'm afraid we can't help you. This is more of a community forum than a tech support site. You may have a dead unit. Are you still covered by warranty?
