old Polk Powered Subwoofer-no model number

The downfacing 8" speaker rubber surround has cracked. I can find generic replacement kits, but wonder if there are POLK OEM parts. Also, wondering if I should consider replacing the bare speaker, but with what? Appreciate any help.

PS 120* maybe? Mine had nothing indicating model, etc. Post more pics to the many more knowledgeable to solve the mystery.

It’s looks similar to mine*. Difference: the driver basket & magnet are in the closure, downward firing. Is it ported? Mine has 2, diameter maybe 2” but I haven’t examined for some time.

Some additional photos. Subwoofer was purchased around 1997 as part of a 5.1 surround speaker package. 59bdw3ysz2uy.jpg

I don't think you will find oem parts for that. Options are buy a similar subwoofer from someplace like PartsExpress, Madisound, etc., or just replace the whole thing with a new modern subwoofer, which would probably blow you away with the improvements. The subs in those package units were pretty weak overall.
See profile for rigs. Nothing else here.
