    Again, looked everywhere here and cannot find my own drawing of the MW jig I made.

    Hope its on an old hard drive I removed from shop.
    Don't take experimental gene therapies from known eugenicists.

    No worries xschop. There are enough threads out there with pictures and write up that I understand the jig construction and usage. I have to deal with the JB Weld removal first and then will move on to building the jig.

    Well, I was thinking about making another one for forum members and having them leave a deposit along the borrowing chain. That way new members can participate as well.

    By the way, what is your 5B's inside front to back baffle measurement for a set of dowels to install?

    I cut each dowel to 6.75” and this was a tad long. I then slowly used an orbital sander with 60 grit on both ends till they were just short enough to wiggle in place if held perfectly upright.
